Project Process

Our standard project delivery includes:

Initial consultation and requirement gathering
Site assessment and solution proposal
Quotation and contract agreement
Installation and configuration
Testing and commissioning
Training and project handover
Post-installation support (if applicable)

Regulatory Compliance

All services are provided in compliance with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency), Civil Defense, Etisalat, DU, and other relevant UAE authorities. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary building permits or approvals when required.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, are the intellectual property of QuantaSec unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any material without prior written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project requirements and specifications.
Ensure timely site access for assessments and installations.
Make payments as per agreed project milestones or AMC schedules.
Maintain a safe environment for our personnel during on-site work.
Notify QuantaSec immediately in case of any operational issues or security breaches.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the agreed project or AMC schedule. Delayed payments may incur late fees or service suspension. In case of project-based work, a percentage of the total cost will be paid in advance to initiate the work.

Warranty & Maintenance

Hardware warranties are as per manufacturer policies. Our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) cover preventive and reactive support as per agreed SLAs. Consumables and physical damages are excluded unless specified.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared data, including project specifications, system designs, access credentials, and client information. Disclosure is only permitted with written consent or legal obligation.

Limitation of Liability

QuantaSec shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website, including system downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access due to third-party actions.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the contract in writing under the following circumstances:

Failure to comply with agreed terms
Non-payment beyond 30 days of due date
Unforeseen legal or regulatory issues

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
